Online Delivery

Delivery Coverage

Resource Technology delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Orders placed through our website are processed from our Dhaka warehouse and shipped via our own delivery team inside Dhaka city and through trusted courier partners nationwide.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka City: 1–2 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days depending on location.
  • Pre-order / special-order items: estimated timeline is shown on the product page and confirmed by our team after you order.

Orders are dispatched on working days (Saturday–Thursday). Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM or on a holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the weight of the products and the courier selected.
  • Large or heavy items (for example desktops, monitors and UPS units) may carry an additional handling charge, which is always shown before you confirm payment.

Cash on Delivery & Advance Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products inside supported areas. For high-value items, pre-orders and remote locations, a partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm the order.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the outer packaging in front of the delivery representative before accepting the parcel. If the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us immediately. Keep your invoice safe — it is required for warranty and returns.
