Reward Point Policy

Earn while you shop. The Resource Technology reward programme lets you collect points on eligible purchases and redeem them against future orders.

Earning Points

• Registered customers earn reward points on eligible completed orders.
• The number of points earned is shown on the product page and in your cart before checkout.
• Points are credited to your account only after the order is delivered and the return window has passed.

Redeeming Points

• Accumulated points can be redeemed as a discount on future orders during checkout.
• A minimum point balance may be required before redemption is available.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Expiry & Conditions

• Reward points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period.
• Points earned on an order will be reversed if that order is cancelled, returned or refunded.
• Resource Technology reserves the right to change or discontinue the reward programme, and to adjust point values, at any time.

Checking Your Balance

Log into your account and open the Loyalty section of your dashboard to see your current point balance and history.
